Multi-Material Fabrication
GJG offer a multi-skilled, professional Design, Draughting and Build service using the latest 2D and 3D software packages. We will work at almost any level to suit your requirements; as outsoucing contractors or to fulfil a full design consulation service. We are able to work from a variety of sources, from sample components, scanned images, from marked up drawings or simple sketches.
We have the ability to produce tailor-made fabrications in almost any material, in sheet form or machined billet; if it can be drawn then we can make it! We are able to work alongside you to progress your project through all stages, from our close customer colabration during the initial concept phase through to final production and surface finishing. You may only require a relatively simple component to be manufactured or alternatively we can fabricate the entire mechanical project for you.

Our engineers are passionate about good design and will work with you from any stage to ensure that your receive the right product. Whether you wish for a box folded stainless steel enclosure or a fully injection moulded assembly, we can advise you on the most cost effective method in achieving your desired outcome. We have no minimum order quantity and welcome one-off proof of concept demonstrations or we are equally at home providing full production runs including full assembly. We can fabricate, functional test, prepare and organise a full schedule for shipping to you or your customer with our OEM service.
